I know that when I am in this site I have almost NO problems afterwards. as opposed to other daily sites such as GB and myspace. I have to run spyware after visiting either of those sites.

myspace is notorious for spyware, adware, spam, hijackings, passing viruses from one member to another since it is a high traffic area including hackers. If you wish to use myspace, be on your guard, make sure your firewalls are up to date, make sure your anti adware/spyware programs are current, and that you use top of the line anti virus software. Even with all the latest security doesn't mean that you are immune to all of it. Just most importantly use common sense.

Early this morning, (about 2:00 a.m.) I was looking at the sites to see how everything was going. When I went to Coffee Shop II and Loree's Sierra Vista board, the McAfee advisor showed the following warnings about Aimoo.com, the host server of the two sites...
This is the first time that these warnings have appeared, and I "breeze through" all "affiliated boards" on almost a daily basis. I have strived to make all of the affiliated sites a place where everyone can go without fear of personal attacks or nuisances from spammers and those who would be an annoyance.
It seems that Aimoo.com has become an avenue for spamming; for this reason, I have closed the Aimoo-hosted Coffee Shop II, relocating the name to the "Annex" that is hosted by Proboards.
Regretfully, I have also had to remove the links to Loree's Sierra Vista board as well, as that is also an Aimoo-hosted board (I hope that Loree will also consider the move to a Proboards-hosted site as well).
The safety and security of the membership of our community is paramount, and I'm sorry for any inconvenience that this has caused.

BTW, no one should ever have to worry about expense/costs, in keeping their computer safe. There are “FREE” security programs for everything needed, so there's no excuse for not being safe. (although, you may have to look real close on their sites for the “FREE” programs).
Remote Assistance – (XP operating system) Give a computer knowledgeable friend from next door or across the country, access to your computer for repairing your system. You control the time you want them to have access (10 min – 3 hrs, etc.)
F8 - For either “Safe Mode” OR to restore to “ last known good configuration”.
System restore – for restoring your computer to a previously known good startup. (Different than restoring to known last good configuration)
Defragmenting system for smoother computer operating
